Pangong Tso lake @ 10 Kms from China.Our very affable Ladakhi driver Baldan told us that traders used to cross over this frozen lake onto China during the winter. There are talks going on between the governments to open up the border. Manasarowar lake and Mt. Kailash, the abode of Lord Siva are very close from here.
